In IMS , Accident and Incident monitoring system is taking important role and giving an exposure to your company in HR control record maintenance and it is a vital requirement for a legal requirement under Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare legislation and also an insurance requirement to report all work-related injuries. All employees / Student in shcool / University Students y are required to follow an accident/incident reporting procedure as detailed in the Accident/Incident Reporting and Investigation Procedures.
A premier accident and incident reporting system allowing users ( Staff / Foreman / Supervisor / Managers / Public / QI ) to enter incident details from any web enabled PC. Incidents can be accidents, near misses, environmental polutions or Hazardous (as per HSE Requirment). This system meets the requirements for accident recording by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
System administrators can generate reports to meet their needs. Emails generated by the system can be used to communicate incidents to Resposible person. It includes the following procedure and forms to run the entire life cycle.
